Denise Ritzman

As the Client Service Associate at Forward Financial Group, I am dedicated to providing seamless support to our clients and serving as the key link between them and our advisors. I assist with advisor scheduling, administer client accounts, and deliver exceptional customer service. Additionally, I support the marketing and client support teams to ensure a smooth and positive experience for our clients.

I grew up in Lake Geneva, Wisconsin. Prior to joining Forward Financial, I was the Ad Design Manager at a Church and Community based printing company. I received my bachelor’s degree in Technical Management from DeVry University and an associate degree in Graphic Design from Gateway Technical College.

When I’m not at the office, my husband Todd and I are busy with our three kids, Brayden, Kelsey & Kaitlyn. Brayden is involved with Taekwondo. The girls are active in Theatre Arts and Cheerleading. I enjoy golfing, hiking, and traveling to new places.
